The characters that represent a brand must contain in their appearance the ideals and vision of the brand and the company itself, therefore they must be treated with the same respect and dedication with which the logo is handled. Furthermore, a character becomes a tool that comes into more direct and closer contact with the public and therefore becomes a very important marketing and sales tool.
